Recently I have started hanging around with my nephews (11 and 13) and am doing MUCH more exercise. My goal now is to sweat every day - from pickleball, hiking, running, etc.
Results: much less stiffness, better sleep, occasionally skip 1 dose of Rytary at night since I don't feel symptoms much or have been able to delay earlier doses. My dosage: Rytary 245 x 4 / day
Get out there and sweat people! Plus you feel a lot better.
