If you ingest a lot of carbs there's no ketosis. If you ingest a lot of protein the excess gets turned into sugar, again no ketosis. I saw the show about new products for sale that showed all of the actors losing weight by using this product. I guess I'm supposed to assume they're all in ketosis?
