I am too cheap to use the oil. I have used the Nigella Sativa seeds off and on for over a year. I have no idea if it helps but the research looks promising. healthunlocked.com/cure-par...

yes . I take pinch of seeds and mix it with little honey and have it every day first thing the morning before breakfast.

The actual seeds have a pleasant taste - I grind them and they make my spice mix taste better.

I've used the oil, but it is not the cure all for everything as it is sometimes touted to be. It had a taste that I did not like also.
