It can cause confusion, and also stress causes confusion as the body "freezes" and less oxygen gets to the lungs and brain.

Mainly later stages, fluctuating drug/dopamine levels, fatigue, chronic insomnia, anxiety and depression early stage on, usually transient.

My hubby's GP has referred him to a movement disorder specialist as she's not certain what stage he's at, but we feel he's had PD for many years and he does suffer from confusion quite often now, he's had anxiety and depression also for many years and he's asked me if anybody on the forum suffers with extreme fatigue in their legs? Hoping you can help. Suffering Socks

I suffer with loads of pain in my legs just have to keep taking paracetamol or ibuprofen.and keep the legs moving much as you can and also take rest breaks..

definitely got insomnia had that for 12months now..tried everything nothing has worked for me so very stressed and brain feels so strange with tingling feelings sometimes..any answers most appreciated

There is also a risk of Lewy Body Dementia.
