Long covid gave me brain hypometabolism

I am struggling with brainfog and other neurological symptoms (involuntary muscle vibrations, numb tongue and burning sensation in my skin).

Is there something I can do to improve my brain metabolism? Keto diet? Exercise? Hbot? Etc?

I would try b1 HCl, NAC, melatonin and Hardy's daily essential nutrients.

Sorry Mau for what you are feeling.

Thanks Art-read the first article and as I am recovering from Covid (2 weeks since tested negative finally on day 10 or11) it has left me with slight congestion/lung irritation. It's not much, but enough to tire me out doing simple things and delay my return to 🏀 even as my rotator cuff/bicep surgery is rehabbed and surgeon gave 👍 to play.

I have leftover Melatonin from previous use, but not sure why I stopped taking it. Will definitely give it a sustained trial now. Once again big pharma burying something useful as there is no $$$ in it.
