Hi, I am told I now have Parkinson’s, I am not taking meds. I have tremors but they are mostly when active, cold, stressed or tired. I also have dystonia and ataxia. I don’t really know much about it to be honest.
For people not yet taking medication, check out The Parkinson's Recovery Project and books written by it's founder, Janice Hadlock. Books are free to download on either the recovery project or Hadlock's personal site. Her solutions are focused on Chinese systems and she reportedly had great success with those who weren't yet taking anti-pd meds. (I was taking meds when i found it, so am outside of her ideal patient profile).
Hi, thank you, I will have a look. My PD is early onset genetic type I am told. I am not sure about my diagnosis because one genome test said it was fine and now another saying it not 🤷🏻♀️. I am much the same from when it started 27 years ago apart from weak swallow. I have just got this diagnosis.
