Big fan of placebo, don't want nocebo

I think hope is everything, and positive thoughts help as much as negative ones hinder, so I avoid reading negative stuff about PD, and just concentrate on positive information of any kind — I even prefer to 'fool' myself, as long as my brain and body believe me. This video sums it up for me:

Placebos offer typically 25% reduction in symptoms during trials. So... I take 4 placebos a day to remain free of all medical issues. Hey it works - don't knock it.
