My husband saw a neurologist in 2017 who was unsure if he had essential tremor or Parkinson's so he had him try primidone and he could not take it because it made him dizzy, drowsy, and caused nausea.

I had seen a video of neurologist who said that he prescribes primidone for PD tremors which doesn't respond to levodopa

I don't know about primidon. But I am taking propananol because levedopa is not working for my tremors. Propananol reduce the tremors by 50%.
