The 7 rules of Johanna Quaas:
1) Sleep at least 8 hours a day and take a nap when possible
2) A plant based diet with lots of fruits and vegetables. Don't overeat, no junk food, drink lots of water
3) Morning gymnastics/jog every day upon waking up
4) One hour gymnastics/workout every day.
5) Brain/mind exercises/games
6) Positive mindset. More important than all other rules
7) Stretching and strength exercises daily
When there’s movement, there’s life.
She's certainly amazing. In short, keep moving, don't overindulge, and avoid stress.
