Thanks for sharing this! The chart is helpful! Posture is important for PD patients! Many years ago, in college, because I majored in the performing arts, correct posture was taught and insisted upon, by my teachers. Now that I have PD, that training has been helpful to me, as I travel down, my progressive Parkinson’s journey!
