I recognized bouncing a ball using both hands and walking sideways, both methods to use both sides of the brain. And I recognized Vielight, the red light treatment. The neuro who teaches tai chi has us practice using both hands: One hand makes the Okay sign while the other hand points with just the index finger. Sounds silly but it's actually quite difficult for both hands to do both at the same time and quickly switch between poses. He says it's a method of 'brain training'. Also recognized fecal transplant, something too gross to be considered.
