One og my PD symptoms is that I have had a terrible time rolling over in bed due to friction between my bedsheet and pajamas. I have tried silk contour sheet, satin pajamas and Snoozle and none of these solutions really provided any relief. I actually had to sit up in bed, then turn.

I highly recommend the sheets sold at the below website. These sheets have been a God send for me and they are worth every penny!

I agree with the ComfortLinens. I was amazed that a combination of their sheet and pajamas could change the ability to move again and roll over with ease. I was worried they would be hot, but not at all. My husband has PD and has been struggling for so long. Not anymore. I'm not going to say that moving problems have gone away completely, but it's not aggregating anymore.

such a simple concept, but so effective! And I felt the sheet remained cool and never got hot to sleep on it

Sleeping bag turned inside out works for me.

what fabric is used on outer part of sleeping bag that is in contact with your skin or sleep wear?

Usually flannel and a synthetic.
