thankyou. One of the most simple informative and to me relative posts. All my pain is in the left leg it is constantly tightening and cramping. Along with a disc that refuses to stay put which in turn affects the hip . This is the first time I have seen any kind of referral regarding leg pain. Thankyou

Foot bath with Epsom salt plus a couple of drops of bark cinnamon oil and lavender oil.
