Test!

Some years ago I wrote an app which enables you to get side to side tap test scores. Working on a lap top, it measures the number of times you can type q followed by p, using first just the index finger of your left hand for 30 seconds, then the same on your right hand.

This is a stand-alone app. I've also written a version which writes the scores to a database. But to use this you have to register first.

Now, clearly this one measure, well actually two - left and right, can't measure the whole range of Parkinson's symptoms but it does a reasonable job. It does a good job at measuring motor changes over a period of a day. But less good at non-motor changes over the period of a year, say.

So, as an example, how would you make the decision of whether to move from 3 doses per day of 25/100 C/L to 4 doses per day of 18.75 /75 mg of C/L?
