I highly recommend Five Rhythms dance and Movement Medicine dance. You can move your body however your body wants to move. Lie on the floor and stretch. Move slowly with the rhythm. Or get up and dance wildly with a friend. All are okay. They are permissive and wonderful environments. It ticks all the boxes. Exercise, spiritual, fun, social, creative, liberating.

You have a website for five of them dance and movement medicine? I'd appreciate if you pass it on. Good luck to you!

Hi.

Five Rhythms was developed by Gabrielle Roth, and the main website has a link to in-person sessions worldwide, and also online sessions.

Movement Medicine is a spinoff developed by some students of Gabrielle Roth. It is very similar. They don't seem to have the same kind of central website. (What I found is for teacher training, but not for regular participants.) But you might find some locally if you search Movement Medicine Dance and your area.

For example, where I live (Scotland, and in particular Edinburgh) has a lot on offer with several teachers.

There are also some online classes (the ones I know are in Europe).
