neupro patch: I’m currently on 4mg of neupro. Started at 1 then 2 for a month, 3 for two weeks and now4. Nausea is increasing at 2 weeks

any others with experiences with the patch. I’m prepared to tolerate the nausea for 2 more weeks with the hope it will subside . Stopped sinemet in March (anxiety And depression)

Started neupro in September 1st.

Will the nausea subside? Energy, mood and anxiety have improved with antidepressant (30 mg viibryd 100 mg lamotragine, ..5 mg clonazepam. Tremors ongoing right leg and right arm . Any comments re nausea and tremors subsiding. Neuropsychiatrist says I’m on a low dose. Wants to ramp it up.

It might subside. My husband’s used Neupro for many years and for the the first few he often had nausea at night which I think was from the Neupro. He would take an alkaseltzer and that would do the trick. It doesn’t bother him anymore, however.

thank you so much. What time of day did your husband apply the patches??my nausea is in the morning about 12 hrs after applying them. I’m wondering if that makes a difference. I’ll get some alkaselzer. Thanks again

interesting…he would apply the patch in the morning. I think at first the nausea was earlier in the day but it would come at bedtime pretty regularly.
