Is your dystonia and its best or at its worst first thing in the morning when you wake up?

My toes curled this morning, I'm sure it's from lack of dopamine, I usually take 25/100 1 and half every 2 and half hours , but I took 1 pill and fell back to sleep , and toes curled a bit this morning for an hour I had 1 pill at 7:00 took half at 8:19 since 1 pill didn't work or let me walk, at 9 am took 1 and a half and 1/ 10 mg baclofin muscle relaxant and which I try not to take , waited until 10 am until meds kicked in. Thank you.

In some cases dystonia has been caused by too much levodopa, but not here.

My toe curling/dystonia is improved by walking barefoot but that might not be so easy in Alaska this time of year.

You say not here.

I take C/L 1-1/2 tab 4 times a day. I have no off time. I have toe curl. Not sure if I should try lowering since I am trying to zero in on my sweet spot with HDT. 1350mg Thiamine HCL seems very promising.

I walk bare foot too.

Same question to you- Is your dystonia/ toe curl and its best or at its worst first thing in the morning when you wake up?

Truthfully, I never notice a difference in time of day. And, lately toe curl pain only bothers me when purposely curl or spread my toes. I haven’t had an unprovoked attack in months, but when I did it was mostly evening as I recall.

Do you get Botox against tremor? My husband has hand tremor during walking. Is it really working? Can you still use your muscles or haw to imagine? In which clinic is it available?
