B1 therapy 100 mgsublingual, how to know if dose is too high

Hi, 7 days ago, I started the B1 protocol using the Superior Source 100mg sublingual tab. I have followed the procedure documented in Daphne Bryan's book. I do NOT feel better, if anything, a little worse,; I feel like a zombie, and fatigue is horrendous but I dont know if disease is progressing or if I am taking too much b1. Can anyone share their experience if it was simliar to mine and what you did. I am thinking I should stop for 10 days and resume with maybe 50mg per day. Anyone have thoughts on this?

In the B1 therapy, if you ever find yourself saying “my Parkinson’s is getting worse“, you’ve almost certainly overdosed. Yes to a 10 day break. Possibly re-start taking a whole tablet but on four days a week. I suggest Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. Have you joined my Facebook group? Lots of us to answer questions there.
