B1 therapy HDT benefits/dose pill cutter?

hi I’m struggling with cutting micro lingual superior source pills. I’m too clumsy to break tablets by hand and I find they crumble unpredictability in a pill cutter. I’d Appreciate any suggestions.

I’ve tried oral and sublingualB1. I’ve not been systematic in recording my responses so far. Until fatigue lifted, it was hard to have the energy or motivation. B1 has helped a great deal with fatigue but when I’ve stopped taking it to check out possible OD, then fatigue/low mood/poor motivation have returned very quickly.

I’m probably OD at the moment with 100mg day sublingual (fantastic for first few days but then insomnia and other symptoms ). I’m feeling a bit lost with it.

I’m in B1 FB group but new to FB - how it works is a great mystery to me! I’ve read Daphne’s book and watched the IV on NSB (both very interesting and helpful) and am a PhD biochemist but still floundering just at the moment I’m afraid.

It would be great to have someone with clinical expertise who could help me reflect and make some sense of my experience, rather than just pouring it out!

Thank you for reading.

if you private message me, I’ll be happy to work with you. It sounds as if the 100mg sublingual every day is a little high. I suggest that after your break you try taking it on four days a week, Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.

Thank you very much Dap. Greatly appreciated. I will PM you.

I’m intending to be much more systematic in recording my symptoms, both on this break and looking back over last few weeks and when I restart.
