on and off periods in parkinson dieseas

Hi.

The only symtoms I seem to have during off periods are slight cold, stooping. inability to stand upright, general weakness and heavy depresion.

Please what does this mean.

I still take sinemet( 25/250) 8 times a day..

Please how can I gradually stop sinemet. I am scared to even miss a dose..

Also can anyone recommend a hospital where can do treatment on medical touirism.

These are things that have helped me. If you do receive benefit you hopefully will be able to enjoy a reduction in your Sinemet usage. If you do start feeling better reduce your Sinemet dosage slowly. Abrupt changes can cause a dangerous condition known as serotonin syndrome. Implement the thiamine and the cinnamon one at a time and see how one works before proceeding with the other:
