Feeling "out of it" most of the time...

I've been on Madopar 6x25mg per day and Ipinnia XL 12mg per day for a nearly a year now and though I can physically do most things I want, like decorating a house, moving furniture etc I feel so weird and out of it most of the time. Also something horrid and weird is happening to my face - it seems my mouth can't settle into a relaxed place like it used to - but kind of moves and twitches a bit and I find it really hard to do a natural smile!

Any thoughts or similar experiences?

Oh and my speech is really screwed up I did LSVT for 6m but seemed to make no difference, My friends say it not a problem because when I'm with them I seem to speak relatively clearly - but if I go to the gym or into a shop my voice is very mumbly
