Mito Red Light

After watch multiple you tubers talk about using red light masks for facial skin, and then showin follow up photos, we researched and then bought a full body Mito Red Light panel. I later found Alex Fergus and his evaluation video. Happily, he rated the Mito panel highest in 2022.

My husband and I both use it, me for muscle and joint pain - arthritis. My husband benefits also by releaving age related pain, and anecdotally, easing his rt hand and arm tremor. I continue to find more research that supports red and near red stimulation of mitochondria and a number of other benefits. We believe it helps, there are no side effects, we are going to continue.

I don’t know how to add a photo , but one presentation compared the amount of NIR we generally get, compared to a century ago … a minuscule amount !!! Even in the 1950s when we used incandescent light bulbs and our windows had regular glass, we got a lot But now, with the new mandated bulbs, and so bring most all of our time indoors, almost no “light” That Dr was saying we desperately need to get out in the sunshine, around green laces for our overall health!
