A 'MIRACLE CURE' is just around the corner!
Dr, Wahl’s is super inspiring. I changed my diet because of her. I am on what I call a modified Wahl’s diet. I am mostly dairy-free, gluten-free and sugar-free. I try and eat at least 10 different vegetables a day and a multitude of colours. I have felt better since adapting this diet and I wouldn’t change it. I haven’t experienced exactly the miracle reversal she has for he MS but I do feel better than before the diet change.
thanks for the good post! what were your PD symptoms like 'before' and 'after' your new diet? and how long have you been DX'd?
I don’t feel as tired. I sleep better. My digestion is better. I feel more stable - less ups and downs. I still have my tremor, aches and stiffness.
thank you --- there are currently over 130 international clinical trials to defeat PD!

How did you find these studies in progress?
clinical trials is a place to start clinicaltrials.gov/
sometimes articles about what is new in research by Parkinson's organizations will have links to the trials. On the clinical trials.gov page you can key in Parkinson's and location and see if there is research that is close to you but you can also key in Parkinson's and the thing being trialed and see where the research is being done.
