I use to use both points. The n.1 for headaches and the second one for stomach upset and relaxation. Makes sense...will try even though im not very tremor dominant..

I stabbed needles into both points--LI4 and PC7 but didn't see any change in my tremor.

from what i know just "stabbing"yourself is contraindicated..... people who are credible acupuncturists i can assure you they dont just stab the patient based on a drawing.....they are trained and undergo a rigorous peer review/board certification....hang tough friend and let the proffesionals stab you. IMO.

use TENS, you can hit an artery using needle.

I'm not a 'newbie.' I studied acupuncture at Colorado State U for several years. I was certified in veterinary acupuncture and have taken CE classes to keep my certification.

Hi House2 - may I ask if you found Tens useful for tremor, are you still using it or have you found anything else helpful for tremor? My HwP takes just 2 Madopar a day and doesn't want to increase his dose because major right-sided tremor is his main symptom and the Madopar he takes appears to give his tremor zero benefit.
