Thanks for sharing. The only downsides I see are: Will you have to stop the other things you are trying? What if you get the placebo? Stopping things you believe in for a placebo would be a double whammy. Good luck whatever you decide.

Check the inclusion and exclusion criteria carefully. Among them:

"Study participant does not take N-acetyl cysteine or other cysteine donors or glutathione precursors on a regular basis as a food supplement"

Also it looks like they will be doing a couple of DaT scans, and lumbar puncture is implied.
