*** I ended up with High Blood Pressure taking TTFD. I no longer take TTFD. Based on my experience, I would not recommend TTFD. ***

I feel great, Tremor: I didn’t spill my coffee, Sleep: 1 hr less than my normal, Energy: Good, Appetite: I’m eating a donut with morning coffee which not normal for me. Today, I will take a dose of TTDF (every other day).
6/2/22 Today no TTFD. I do have slight Tremor, when I get excited. I still have thoughts like balls in a Lotto drawing in my head, Energy maybe could use a little less. I feel Great!!!
5/30/22 Day 12+1 of (Day 4 of none) TTDF (33.3mg B1)
This morning I had tremor, I had to hold coffee cup with both hands, so I took a 50mg of TTDF! Fiber: (I just took (2) tabs of 8.6 mg Senna-S) , Pain: (acceptable), Mosquito repellant: (acceptable), Mania: (acceptable), Dry mouth: (better) I believe TTDF makes worst and is not the cause, Energy: (acceptable), General felling: (acceptable).
I believe I took too much for me, after 4 days of none my PD is returning, so I took one, maybe 1 every other day is enough for me.
PAIN: I understand why God gave women the gift of bearing birth. I should have taken the lax before going to bed. Not meant to be LOL.
embarrassed - The correct abbreviation is TTFD

Mania and Sleep disruption, It worked wonders. I started back today when by Tremors returned. I did not sleep at all last night, I remember someone saying they were on second day of and slept like a baby (not for me).
I will try not to Ramble On & On & On…. (my proof reader, told me I do, I have edited and deleted some which may be the cause of the warning.
1) This morning I texted my daughter asking if she need an enema she could bring, if not would she go to FD or DG and buy. Enough said, Oh, What a Relief it is
2) I understand that there are those that are totally against TTDF (I speculate they had been taking 1-2 gram B1 (as THC) and popped a hand full, I did not cut back B1 until somewhere between day 6 maybe 10 and I was only taking the 1 in morning 50mg cap of TTDF)
3) I understand that B1 mega dosers must still take C/L. (I am still taking, but a reduced amount). Being able to quit would be nice. I Pray so.
4) I don’t think my dry mouth is due to dehydration or bowel issues. My urine is clear.
5) Don’t be like me (see my profile Bio at (*). I just updated Bio.
6) All things are possible (We must Ask in Pray, Believe and Maybe your Prayer(s) will be Answered).
6) I do tell my Doctors, my GP is concerned and my MS says (most of the time) never heard of it.
I don't want to seem pedestrian, but if the TTFD helped, at least in your perception, I'd continue, you seem intelligent and experienced enough that you understand the chemistry and what Costantini was after. If you want a less worrisome equivalent, go back to B1. Remember, if you found either worked, at least the B1 is pretty well established to be harmless as long as you don't experience the agitating/flushing sorts of side effects, and it does take an awfully long time to seem to work, which Costantini observed. But if your somewhat more intensive form of TTFD did help, you can certainly return to it. As a water-soluble, you will make use of that which you can, and the rest you will just pee out. Seems to have few side effects or adverse effects except those skin eruptions, which you can use as a signal to simply titrate down. It is the sort of solution that you have to be very long-term patient about though, six months, a year, etc. to see the effects...which means you really don't want to quit in the meantime, and that itself, the patience thereof I mean, is a challenge. B1 is the sort of thing that you either must stick with for the long term, or just give up. If the former, you just have to have the very longterm idea horizon, so just stick with it except if you have side effects it is a naturalist signal to titrate down to a more tolerable level. As long as you are in the water-soluble forms, you are pretty much assured that you will simply pee out the excess, so what's the harm? Anyway, this is how Dr. Costantini saw it. Talk to ParkBear for more of that background, Park Bear was around for a great deal of it. And so was, hmmm, Chartist. So see if they will talk to you. Both are well reasoned people.
Boils down to: if it helped, do it. It didn't hurt anything.
Now then: as to the mania and implied issues around that: IF it was formally diagnosed: I do know a couple things, though I stopped clinical practice some time ago. If you like we can discuss it...and rest from the turmoil. Assuming you are under someone's care. These matters DO intersect because of the dopamine issue. Up to you. Beware though: "Free advice is worth the price."
I believe it would be useless to add back my 100mg of b1-hcl which I only took because it was supposed to help (I never noticed it made a difference). I have read somewhere, our bodies have became so accustom b1-hcl that we have been desensitized to it. The biggest question I have, was it an mistake to cut back my C/L. That said, I feel great this morning 😀.
Where did you find 10 mg? The contents of my cap taste bad and the aftertaste is becomes awful even 30 minutes later. Sorry, Like I state in my Profile's Bio (I am good at solving a problem , but not good at explaining it - hover over my profile pic and click on)

I feel great :-). No TTDF this morning (second day of every other day). I try to accept God’s Guidance (a). I see another source (b) is 100mg (is twice what is working for me). I believe God (a) wants TTDF to go Vital. I do have slight tremor this morning, but I think it is due to excitement. I Pray that my beliefs do not make you think I am an idiot (problem solving involves some trial and error, I do make mistakes - just as a good dance partner may miss a queue).
Note2: I have been trying to follow what i understand Dr. Sinclair takes (not because I desire to look younger - I want a younger/healthier brain). I did stop metformin after a few days bc it seemed to increased my brain fog. Maybe, Sinclair should try TTDF.
Note3: Dry mouth is still bad😪 (I had before starting TTDF, I believe the cause is the full dose of Botox injections for drooling I got on 4/12). TTDF may have made worst.
Note4: Processed food are fortified with B1 (thiamine HCL is the most common which doesn’t cross the BBB). With the rise of neurological diseases they should fortify with TTFD.
Without digging in some records, I can't be real accurate (Best guess; 3 years ago a doctor diagnosed Parkinsonism, About 6 months later a DatScan indicated PD and about 2 months later I started C/L).
Sorry Folks, I am one those people that won't read a more than a page post, I look at a Trial, I read to first few sentences and than search for results or conclusion.

I am now taking every other day. I am investigating making my own cap. 50mg TTDF is too much for me. Thoughts are like balls in a Lotto machine and Sleep disturbance.
@Gioc TTDF has been shown to be 100% absorbed by analysis of human urine and readily crosses the BBB. My blood test from 3rd day showed 260 (B1) normal range of 8 -30. A major side effect for me was worsened of cotton mouth that I notice after my full dose Botox injections for drooling a mouth before trying TTDF (first time was half dose). I do have a funky taste in my mouth (probably worsened by cotton mouth) that is not unlike the awful taste of a little of the contents of a TTDF cap. I have stopped my med that is suppose to help me hold my pee because one of listed side effects is dry mouth. Hopefully, I won't need taking TTDF by the time the Botox wears off (next schedule Botox 7/14 at appointment with MS). I have reduced in 2 steps my C/L from 2-1/2 twice daily to 1-1/2 twice daily. as of today (6/7). I feel Great with little to none symptoms of PD. I have a little tremor when I am nervous which has been normal for me all my life. I am going to copy/paste as a comment on another post.
