Blood flow is not among the mechanisms already showing strong involvement in Parkinson's. The problems involving PD involve busting the cells, not providing them with growth stimulation or food. There is very little rationale to develop. Again, just my opinion. Much more prospect for stroke, which is to do with loss of blood supply and damage to cell nutrition and support, for which growth and collateral growth is a way back from stroke and cerebral bleeds and hemorrhage...
