Promising. Worthy of a lot more clinical research as long as it isn't harmful. Probably not for Parkinson's mind you, although that's just a guess.

Why probably not for Parkinson’s? Should I continue to look for info or move on? Vinpocetine increases cerebral blood flow and I believe it is for that reason that it showed some benefit.

Blood flow is not among the mechanisms already showing strong involvement in Parkinson's. The problems involving PD involve busting the cells, not providing them with growth stimulation or food. There is very little rationale to develop. Again, just my opinion. Much more prospect for stroke, which is to do with loss of blood supply and damage to cell nutrition and support, for which growth and collateral growth is a way back from stroke and cerebral bleeds and hemorrhage...
