If anybody downloaded my Theta wave binaural Beats maybe you should delete them if you have PD. Theta is probably the wrong target for PD. Maybe try these instead:
Rosicrucian Mysteries: Alpha and Gamma waves.
5 MP3s, each 50 minutes long.

House2 let me know that the theta wave files seemed to help with movement, so I made more of them.
As always: You need headphones to get the effect, don't listen while driving, and I have a high school education (I don't know if these really help, but the audio books are good).
Theta Waves (6-10 hz):
These are theta waves with 100 hz base frequency. Studies have shown 100 hz activates the vestibular system and improves balance (nature.com/articles/s41598-.... Studies have shown theta frequency Binaural Beats get your brain into theta waves (ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articl... ). PD brains tend to get stuck at 20 hz, so getting the brain out of 20 hz seems like a good idea [to my high school educated brain]).
