I read an account recently about an interview between the late spiritual teacher Ram Das and his guru in India. When RD raised the subject of LSD, his guru replied, “we have had such substances in India for many years, but the effects don’t last. Instead of visiting Jesus Christ, why don’t you try to BE Jesus Christ?”
Inner Engineering programme is a life changer. It’s much much more than increasing BDNF . I have been saying this for the past years. I have no hesitation in recommending the programme.
Thanks for sharing, I read the paper as much as I could understand, and it looks like they had a relatively healthy data sample of 300+ meditators, which is really good. It’s a shame that they didn’t manage to do the blood measurements after the month, and only the psychological evaluation, because it would be nice to know how well the levels of bio markers sustain. I imagine just like medicine, if you don’t keep it going they Will decrease… In any case I have found it very useful to have a meditation practice so it’s nice to know more studies are being done. 🙏
