“ My cells were filled with DHA, I had adequate vitamin A, D3 and a bunch of supplements to restore oral tolerance.
Anyway, I had some gluten over the weekend and then again earlier in the week – like 1/5th of a piece of bread and some other lectins… and it messed me up, big time”
This is so interesting thank you for posting this. I'm on here to research and learn for my dad, but this post hit home. I have OCD tendencies, ADHD, at times general anxiety and well, I am my father's DNA. 15 years ago despite having all of the symptoms of Celiac disease and being tested several time i finally decided to quit gluten. I have never looked back. I always tell people if you are feeling generally unwell, having symptoms of AI disease or inflammation go gluten free. You never know what part of you feels better. In this case it changed my life.
