If you got the email, please do not repply.

If you did not get the email but think you will attend any one of the next 4 or 5 meetings, you must send me your email address as a private message.

Everyone is welcome to drop in and out whenever you like.

We hold a 1-hour meeting via Zoom for HU forum members every

Saturday at 7 PM, US Central Standard Time

Sundays, at 11 AM, US Central Standard Time.

The meetings are an informal opportunity to talk about our experiences, regimes, diets, therapies, supplements, etc. and/or to chit chat about nothing in particular.

Thank you.

Marc

For those that have not tried joining these calls, please consider joining! Everybody on the call is really nice and there is always good/interesting information being shared.

Sorry for a dumb question, but I'm new to this. How do I go about sending a private message?

Thanks.
