I know many of us (including myself) are skeptical about this company (they charge 50 thousand if you want to be a 'volunteer test subject'). I don't begrudge anyone an honest living. So let's just hope they come up with some good results to help us.

as far as i know, for now, they are only testing overseas... but a quick skim of that article (towards the bottom, I think) said they have requested from the FDA "Compassionate Speed-up" for trials in the USA.
If you dig a bit deeper you will find that the "Team at Zhittya" is stacked with Husbands / Wifes / Sons, etc. Really shows professionalism?
The sons are still at University and they are holding key positions with no experience in the stated titles that they are accredited with.
A serious look at the talent pool at Zhittya, shows that they are maybe looking for investment money so the families on the team can all cash in.

Very weary of the set up.
A professional company looking to truly be successful employs people with dedicated skill sets that have built a reputation from their past business acumen to show that they are capable of delivering success.

I agree, this family set up looks a bit unusual, but at least they are exploring ways that differ from mainstream approach of treating PD.I have a feeling that Big Pharma sabotaged most of the PD research and is filtering the traffic via foundations like MJ.Fox.
i can tell you this much... BILLIONS on research were spent on HIV/AIDS ... it was all 'political' (IMHO) ... FACT: 25 BILLION a year is spent by the feds to 'manage/ treat' our disease but 'only' 250 million is spent on research

BOTTOM LINE: For every dollar of treatment ... the feds are spending 'one penny' on research ...
watched their presentation the other day. Two test persons with anecdotal evidence. Yes, some motor improvements but not uniform. They have no idea of optimum dose or duration. Testing in BVI right now and next in countries like Mexico which are lenient though they are trying to get US approval. Years till there’s a viable product if then. Big pitch In presentation to sponsors /partners and a lot of how much this is costing them. Disappointing on many fronts.
