My husband tried it a few years ago, and we do not know how long he used it, but we could not notice any effect. However he was doing various different things so who knows? He does remember details about its usage; I was just asking him about it recently. Ask if you have more specific questions for us.

thank you for your reply... i read several studies that show very positive health benefits of hydrogen enriched water... i started yesterday... it can't hurt to try! lol

With my first H2 water maker my blood O2 levels got up to 98-99% regularly. With my latest one I get little improvement from the H2 water but by breathing the H2 (it has a system to go from the H2 maker to your nose through a plastic tube) I regularly get 99%. High O2 levels must benefit the body.
