Exercise your brain: Wordle

I had been looking for a brain exercise and somebody on FB shared Wordle: powerlanguage.co.uk/wordle/

Kind of cool and only it puts 15 minutes between giving you a new word so you don't get sucked in.

I don't understand how to play it. I do crosswords all day.

It threw me at first. You just randomly guess at a 5 letter word. The boxes will turn green if you have the right letter in the right spot, yellow if you have the right letter in the wrong spot, and grey if your letter is not in the word. Then guess again!

If you do crosswords all day, you are probably set.

Its just like the mastermind game, but instead of colors, its letters. Now that the Jumble isnt online anymore, this is great.

I just started playing this - had beginner's luck and got a "magnificent" today - it will all be a disaster from here on! Also love the NYT Spelling Bee.

I started about a week ago. Fun! Too bad it's just once a day...

On this website, you can do many each day ---

And, you can change the number of letters in the word from 4 to 11 letters.
