I had the pleasure of interviewing Michael yesterday and found him extremely inspiring.

Diagnosed in 2006, Michael is dedicated to helping others manage Parkinson’s. He has done this in co-founding an affiliate of Rock Steady Boxing in 2014, working with Radioparkies since 2016 and setting up the “2 Mike’s” Parkinson’s podcast.

Radioparkies give a forum to people with Parkinson’s to openly talk about their diagnosis and how they deal with their symptoms of PD.

Thank you laglag. I tried to play the video during the interview but participants could not hear the sound. I figured out afterwards what the problem was: me using AirPods!

Great talk by Michael. Michel well hosted and reinforcement that if anything can be a 'Silver Bullet' then high intensity exercise ticks most of the boxes.

Thank you Jake. I used to practice kickboxing a few years ago and his interview made me want to go back to it. My strength and body coordination will not be the same but I can see how this may help neuro generation and brain plasticity.

Anywhere you can develop some rhythm at high intensity can increase neuroplasticity
