I have read/heard (somewhere) that folks with PD crave sweets like crazy, though I don't know why.
I don't think there's any question now that sugar is bad, for PD (and pretty much everything else, right?) So maybe that's the link? Just wondering.

There's more. It's not old advice (I mean, it IS, but it's being updated all the time.) Anyway, I eat none. I mean, zero. But I do use sweeteners, like monkfruit and whatnot.
I can handle PD but not going without chocolate!!
I started to eat chocolate after I got PD and is dark 85, 90 and 95%; is that sweet? some people tell me it taste like cardboard but I like it better than the sweet one.
