Maximising levadopa efficiency

Hi all. I have a off/on relationship with levadopa. Sometimes it works really well, other times doesn’t work at all. I think it has to do with absorption in my gut. I know all about protein and empty stomach etc....I’m more curious about gut microbes that may interfere with absorption. Does anyone have any tips? I know vit c is supposed to help , but it does nothing for me. Thanks

Sometimes tablets do not dissolve in the stomach. Try crushing and mix with vegetable juice for fruit sauce.
