Buprenorphine ( Norspan patch) side effects!

Hello Lovely Members!

Mum was prescribed Norspan for pain she was experiencing in her hip. We have noticed that she has become quite aggressive and extremely sleepy after we applied the patch to her skin. It is 5 mg and has been on her for 2-3 days now.

Mum takes sleeping tablets in the evening and Madopar 3 times a day. I would greatly appreciate any feedback regarding similar experiences with this particular medication.

I would be surprised if it was the madopar. II do not know about the patch.
