Correct healthy weight

The covid pandemic has at least emphasized the importance of having a healthy weight. Whilst about 65% of the UK population are overweight and, even worse, 10% are underweight, is the remaining 25% at the "correct" weight?

It seems to me that maybe some patients have gained unhealthy weight and lost healthy weight so could it be that very few patients have an optimum healthy weight?
