I am 2.5 years dx with Pd and just started carbidopa levodopa. It helped quite a bit and took b6 (for depression) this morning and was amazed at how good I felt. Like I was 100 percent normal. I took too much as I have read. ParkBear was very in-depth but I haven’t talked to my neurologist about it. I want to take it but only a safe amount. I could never find it exactly but I think The high end is 25mg? Thanks in advance.

I take it that you understand that you should not take both simultaneously.
