Duopa packaging ure

degrees C Over the past 6 months the packaging methods have changed drastically. The Duopa is now shipped in ret drugstore coolers with a variable number of the cold packs haphazardly stuffed in one corner of the cooler. As a result the Duopa is not kept cold and by the time it arrives has lost its potency. This has significantly affected my quality of life. Has anyone else noticed this change in packaging and/or been affected by what may be the Duopa being less effective?

I'd notify the doctor right away and complain to the owner on the pharmacy.

I see my Levodopa should not be stored above 26*C (79*F). Not always easy without A/C during hot spells. Reminder it should not be just kept in a car parked in the open! Can it be refrigerated?

My husband is just about to get the surgery and the titration is on the 17th. Let's see how the shipment process goes here. Thanks for the heads up. We live in Canada.

Hi, I have Duopa for almost 3 month and I am so glad that I finally decided to do the surgery. The Duopa has been shipped from CVS SPECIALTY and shipped in the big box packed all over with ice packs. I keep all boxes on the top shelf in the fridge. I would complain to the company that shipped this product.
