Shoulder joints moving

Having decided that the very odd symptoms I have been having are a reaction to the Covid vaccine but only now that they have gradually disappeared ( headaches , stiffness and a feeling that I was losing my mind ) I have had quite a good few days.

Lol Such a pity to let this happen so some new symptoms have appeared.

Over this last couple of weeks I have found that my left shoulder jerks forward repetitively for no reason. The right shoulder has decided to join in the fun. They go every other. Does not seems to be a reason for it and it stops if I am physically active.

Does anyone else have this.
