My eyes close in on-only situations - dyscension. Have you experienced anything like this? Have you found a cure for this? I take cinamet 50/200 five times a day.

Amantadine works well for my dyskinesia.

Isn’t B1 supposed to reduce/remove dyskinesia?

It made my dyskinesia worse.

What dose were you on? Might it have been too high?

I tried many iterations at many doses from IM injections under Dr. C’s supervision down to the 100mg sublingual that I believe you use over long periods of time. It definitely exacerbated my dyskinesia.

And something help you for the dyskinesia

For me, nothing really helps with my dyskinesia other than the smallest doses of c/l that I can take and still function.

I’m sorry to hear that. Yes I take sublingual but only every other day now. 100mg every day made me jittery and anxious.

I cut the b1 for a couple of weeks to see if the freezing stopped. I still have it. I was taking 1000mg. Should I restart at 500mg and for how long to see if it works for the freezing. Any suggestions for tremors

You say you’ve tried all doses? For a goodly amount of time? It was a month or two on one dose before I saw improvements.

Thanks I am going to start with 500mg

Keep a diary to monitor key symptoms and give B1 time to work at that dose unless you have extra adverse symptoms when I would take a break to double check that B1 was causing them. Good luck
