HELP PLEASE

I have read through some of the mucana thread but i have a question that i hope someone can anwser. I'm on rytary 36.23/145 mg 3 times a day. I want to start mucuna for off times and to lower my rytery. Has anyone here tied this? Also what brand and how much Thanks in advance!!!

I haven’t been on Rytary, but in terms of Mucuna brands I find taking half a teaspoon of the full herb blend from Banyan botanical is really helpful in the morning. I put it in my coffee. I think it’s great to get some of the full plant into the system, and then throughout the day I take 2-3 capsules of Now brand concentrated Mucuna which works well. Good luck!
