I have been away from this forum for awhile, and I am back. I am beginning to develop frequent motor fluctuations, so my MDS suggested the inhaler "Inibrija" to eliminate wearing off periods thus reducing wearing off dyskinesia/dystonia.
Have you used this new drug before, or still using it? If so, kindly respond, as per its efficacy. Did your motor fluctuations decrease, completely eliminated or increase?
Thanks for your replies.

Hi! I have used it for maybe two or three months. It’s fast acting. It lasts maybe an hour or so and you can’t use it more than five times a day or at least I can’t. It’s somewhat like inhaling Saw dust so it’s not the most pleasant but it’s not bad. I think it probably kicks in in about 10 minutes. The only issue I’ve had with it is it kind of turns the inside of your nose black. The first time I blew my nose after I started using it scared the dickens out of me. But it’s just little particles no big deal. Let me know if I’ve missed any of your questions.
My former neurologist had me use it. It did nothing for my paralysis (not freezing) episodes. Raising my c/l from one to two tablets dose did.
