Blood sugar and Parkinson’s

Good morning all! I read within the last year about the phenomenon or whatever you wanna call the feeling of having low blood sugar or low glucose levels and yet testing normal for A-1 C, diabetes, etc. Can anyone explain this? I wake up every morning feeling extremely hungry to the point of feeling like I’ve starved myself for days on end and I always have the sinking feeling in my body that I have low blood sugar. Yet when I test my blood sugar or when I have had other blood tests done it all comes out to be normal.

Can anyone explain this to me or point me into the direction where I can read more about it? The other part that’s confusing for me is when my tremors seem to be more reactive if I do have a candy bar and a can of sprite they seem to go away or lessen.

As a sidenote I did look up idiopathic postprandial syndrome and that seems to be where a lot of my symptoms are at but in that syndrome it is more about shakiness and not tremors.

Any feedback and thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Sugar I believe enhances dopamine production (creates a dopamine spike) which consequently can help tremor very temporarily, at least that's what I think is happening.
