Parkinson's tremor both sides now

Hello,

I've only ever had left side tremor mostly my hand and lower arm. My tremor is now right side too eminating from my core down both arms into my hands. Most uncomfortable feeling ever. My core shakes. Pandemic lockdown has lessened my movement and eliminated my ability to have physical therapy. Time for more sinemet? Any others experience this? Thank you.
