Have her B12 levels checked. My mum could sleep 18 hours a day and what got her in the end (age 98) was vitamin B12 deficiency - commonly known as pernicious anaemia. We could cope with the sleepiness but the fact that she refused to eat was what caused me most distress. Good luck with that one.
Since CBD oil does contribute to falling asleep and staying asleep, probably it's contributing to the situation. Why not discontinue it or cut it back and see what happens?
On the other hand, since sleep is so good and important for PWP, I'm not sure I would consider such a bad situation. If I could figure out how to sleep that long, I'd do it.
