EDTA is the chelation-treatment for manganese. I'm concerned about manganese as I did flux-core welding for 30 years. I had a metals panel done that ruled out lead and other metals but didn't include manganese. But the same blood panel showed extremely low B1 level. So the neuro is focused on that as a reason for my tremors. She will set up the manganese test but can't get it til April. Now I take B1 100mg twice daily.

I think vit E may help detox manganese. Dr has dad on ultra liquid zeolite with fulvic and humic acid in it. With DMQ. Something to do with Quercetin.

It's cheap.

But does it work ?

Chelation dr says that synthetic agent works better cos it wants to get out of the body but the natural can hang around.

Is EDTA used to chelate manganese. I don't know. I read that Para Amino Salacilic acid. PAS. Has been used to treat manganism. But no dr has pursued and most had not heard.I think I should call a toxicologist.

Break cleaner can cause pd. My dad had heaps on hands.
