Was this my movement specialist?

I just finished 6 weeks of PT, two sessions per week. At first I'd trip over cardboard boxes placed in my way.. The nurses were proponents of PWRMoves. I was supposed to do them three times each day. It was exaggerated motions when sitting, standing up, walking forwards and backwards. But they seemed silly so I never did them. They also had me stand on one leg while they timed it. And said to practice three times a day. That I did, going from 10 seconds to over 60 seconds of standing on one leg without putting the other leg down. Initially I'd been given a 6/10 result of the testing. Last week I took the same tests and got 9/10. They said that's as good as it gets, I can continue if I need to. But I don't see a reason. This time I had no problem stepping over boxes in my way.

So were these my movement specialist activities? Tomorrow I see the neuro to explain the MRI results.
